The winning choice

The ascent of the vehicle onto the bench is done using a series of side runners that initially are a convenient plane, allowing the orbital arms to remain on board the bench.  On these orbital arms will be mounted the rubber lifting pads, which can be regulated in height.
After the lifting of the vehicle, the special side runners are closed by coupling together.  This determines the support height of the wheels of the vehicle to be able to insert the crossbeams with sill clamps.
It is not necessary that the operator center the vehicle because the computerised electronic measuring system will execute a calibration of the level and perfect centering of the car body, with great saving of time.
The side runners are very easy and manageable to utilize.  In fact, as is shown in the sequence of photographs, they are closed by coupling them together, thus forming four supports which accommodate the wheels of the vehicle.
Their construction permits easy movement of the side runners, to position them where desired.

A series of patented devices consent an instantaneous mounting of the jigs on the columns and their fixing to the vehicle with a swiftness that until now was unthinkable.  Only a simple movement is required to block or substitute these new “third generation” jigs.

• carry out a quick diagnosis, straightening those parts that may be damaged,  firmly holding the parts that are undamaged;

• position, with the aid of the computer, a series of jigs suitable for holding those parts that need to be substituted;

• print a certification document which can prove, even graphically, the work that was done

The computerised measuring system Globalscan contains a complete and extensive worldwide vehicle database, with photographs and the specifications from vehicle manufacturers.

UPPER BODY
Simultaneous to the control of the car body it is possible to do a diagnosis of the   shock absorbers and check the suspension angles, caster and camber, the only specifications controllable by the body repairer.
